Most of our orders are shipped as gifts directly to your loved ones, family, and friends and we make every effort to provide prompt delivery of our products.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your Name and Order Number. You will be notified via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You will receive your replacement product or refund within normal delivery times following the receipt of your item.
The Candy Crate will pay return shipping if the return is a result of our error.

- Fudge products and candy require cool conditions to arrive in good condition and will be cold packed during warmer months

We ship primarily within the U.S., however, we can arrange international shipments at additional cost. Please note that there are restrictions on certain food products shipped to some international destinations. Our primary shipping method is USPS Priority Mail. Average transit time is three to four days. Please allow additional delivery time for holiday orders.
- Orders received before 12:00 noon MT will normally be shipped on the same business day
- Orders received after 12:00 noon MT and on weekends will be shipped on the next business day

Shipping rates for our products are weight-based. The weight of our products and the weight of the packaging combine to calculate the final shipping weight. Our shipping companies require weights be rounded up to the next full pound.
